Too Far, Too Fast - by Elizabeth Oldfield - Harlequin Presents - # 758 - 1985.

He was her first, her only love.
Hogan was so strong, so confident and committed that Leah hadn't realized tennis would always be his mistress. Then Wimbledon had loomed closer, and Hogan's victories became cliff-hangers.
But in the end everyone lost. Leah, as his publicist had been blamed, sacrificed and ultimately banished to Hong Kong. Hogan's accident had forced him out of competition, and Leah's boss had lost his star investment.
Now Hogan was on the comeback trail. Once again he was a publicist's dream, a red-hot commodity. But as far as Leah was concerned, Hogan was still too hot to handle.
